- 50: Waiting List
- This code for a client who is on the waiting list for either work services or supported employment follow-along.
- 51: Work Services
- This is the code used for client in facility-based employment setting.
- 52: Supported Employment Follow-Along
- This is the code used for a client in an integrated employment setting, i.e. community-based employment.
- 53: Services Interrupted
- This code is used for a client who has previously been in either status 51 or 52, but for an appropriate reason is no longer receiving EE services. In this case, services are temporarily interrupted due to illness, family problems, housing or transportation issues, etc. The CRP expects that the client will return to the employment setting once the problem or issue has been resolved, at which time the CRP will resume billing IDVR for EE services.
- 54: Decertification
- This code is used for a client who has been decertified from status 58, VR Services Initiated.
- 55: Decertification
- This code is used for a client who has been decertified from status 51, Work Services.
- 56: Decertification
- This code is used for a client who has been decertified from status 52, Supported Employment Follow-Along.
- 57: Decertification
- This code is used for a client who has been decertified from status 50, Waiting List.
- 58: VR Services Initiated
- This code is for a client who has a CRP-signed Cooperative Agreement in place and who may be in either undergoing assessment or receiving supported employment services funded by VR. Once the client has stabilized in his or her employment setting, his or her case is then placed into VR system status 22 and IDVR is then billed for EE services. IDVR will simultaneously place the client into status 52.
- 59: CSE/Medicaid HCBS Waiver
- Identical to status 52 except for its funding source, this code is used for clients who are receiving long-term support through the Home and Community Based Services Adult DD Medicaid Waiver. All clients in this status will have previously been in statuses 50 and 58, and their eligibility for the Adult DD HCBS waiver is redetermined annually. Although status 59 clients are attached to their CRP of choice, their names do not appear in the Billing section since status 59 services are billed to Medicaid.
- 60: Decertification
- This code is used for clients who have been decertified from status 59. Decertification may be due to loss of waiver eligibility at redetermination or for some other reason. Every effort will be made to move these clients into status 52.
