- We collect client data and billing information to administer the IDVR Extended Employment program. We do not use the information for any other internal or external secondary purpose.

- We may disclose information to State of Idaho Vocational Rehabilitation Program in order to meet state-mandated guidelines for the administration of the Extended Employment program.

- We are required by the State of Idaho to protect the information we collect and maintain about clients in a secure manner. We shall take reasonable precautions to maintain the security, confidentiality, and integrity of the information we collect at this site.
- RMR sometimes uses contractors to perform various website and database functions. When we do, we make sure that the contractor ensures the security, confidentiality, and integrity of any personal information to which the contractor may have access in the course of contract performance.
- Our concern about sending clients’ personal information via email
- Electronic mail is not secure. We therefore suggest that you do not send client information to us via email. For our part, we shall send only general information via email. Please send client information to us by fax, postal mail, or by telephone.
- Unless otherwise required by statute, we do not publicly identify who sends questions or comments to our website. We will not obtain information that will allow us to personally identify you when you visit our site unless you choose to provide such information to us.
