The American Spinal Injury Association provides information to professionals, patients, and their families as well as the public on all aspects of spinal cord injury and its consequences in order to prevent injury, improve care, increase availability of services and maximize the injured individual?s potential for full participation in all areas of community life.

The Christopher and Dana Reeve Paralysis Resource Center (PRC) promotes the health and well-being of people living with paralysis and their families by providing comprehensive information resources and referral services.
Foundation for Spinal Cord Injury, Prevention, Care & Cure (FSCIPCC)
The Foundation for Spinal Cord Injury Prevention, Care & Cure is a non-profit educational group dedicated to the prevention, care and cure of spinal cord injuries through public awareness, education and funding research.
The Mike Utley Foundation
The Mike Utley Foundation is dedicated to finding a cure for spinal cord injuries. It provides financial support for selected research, rehabilitation and educational programs, along with motivational and emotional support for individuals who have been disabled by spinal cord injuries.
National Spinal Cord Injury Association (NSCIA)
The National Spinal Cord Injury Association acts as community advocates for improved access, housing, transportation, employment, and leisure time activities for people with disabilities. The Association serves not only persons with spinal cord injuries, but also persons who have diseases or conditions whose effects are similar to those of spinal cord injuries. These include multiple sclerosis, Friedreich?s ataxia, and spina bifida.
Spinal Cord Injury Information Network
The Spinal Cord Injury Information Network offers educational and research information relevant to persons with spinal cord injury, their families, and others with an interest in SCI. The Network is sponsored by the University of Alabama?s Rehabilitation Research & Training Center, which conducts research and training in the prevention and treatment of the secondary conditions of spinal cord injury.
